  • Anya Pollara

    Anya Pollara

    With 34 years of experience in Outpatient Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Newton Medical Center, Newton, NJ, Anya Pollara has developed safe and effective exercise programs for a variety of conditions, including heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, orthopedic issues, and dementia. Anya looks forward to working with CRC members to develop safe and effective exercise programs incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

  • Kyle Jones

    Kyle Jones is a dedicated and results-driven Strength and Sports Performance Coach with over 12 years of experience helping athletes and professionals unlock their physical and mental potential. Kyle specializes in nervous system training (NST) and sport-specific conditioning for fencers and high-performing athletes. Kyle is eager to work with CRC members to design adaptable, science-backed programs that enhance movement efficiency, strength, and athletic resilience.

  • Chloe Flores

    As our only staff personal trainer, Chloe Flores brings a strong foundation in powerlifting, backed by years of hands-on experience both in training and competition. She has competed in regional meets, most recently at the USPA CNY 2026 Championships. Whether someone is brand new to lifting or looking to reach a new personal best, Chloe is passionate about guiding them toward progress they may not have thought possible.

  • Paul Borodin

    With over 10 years of experience as both a personal trainer and competitive judoka, Paul merges functional strength training with a passion for personal transformation. Paul is excited to help CRC members break through plateaus, build resilience, and foster confidence that translates from the gym to everyday life.
