    Anya Pollara

    With 34 years of experience in Outpatient Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Newton Medical Center, Newton, NJ, Anya Pollara has developed safe and effective exercise programs for a variety of conditions, including heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, orthopedic issues, and dementia. Anya looks forward to working with CRC members to develop safe and effective exercise programs incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

    Kathy Carey

    Kathy’s background includes Tai Chi, Yoga, and aquatics. Kathy specializes in working with seniors and clients rehabilitating from injury or working with limitations. In addition to personal training, Kathy also offers sessions in the pool. Kathy would love to work with you whether you want to improve strength, endurance, or flexibility.

    Kyle Jones is a dedicated and results-driven Strength and Sports Performance Coach with over 12 years of experience helping athletes and professionals unlock their physical and mental potential. Kyle specializes in nervous system training (NST) and sport-specific conditioning for fencers and high-performing athletes. Kyle is eager to work with CRC members to design adaptable, science-backed programs that enhance movement efficiency, strength, and athletic resilience.
